We only process the data we need to run your membership. We never sell it.
What we store
E-mail address, password (stored only as a secure hash), Discord username, membership status and payment history, and basic technical data such as the date of your last sign-in.
Why we store it
To create and secure your account, to unlock the paid Discord rooms for you, to process payments and to send you e-mails about your account and membership.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments and invoices), our hosting and database provider (account data), Discord (community access) and our e-mail delivery provider. Each of them only receives what is necessary.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists, then up to 30 days for backups. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent to marketing e-mails at any time. Write to skynzolab@gmail.com and we will handle it.
Cookies
We only use technically necessary storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
